Another One Bites the Dust

If i were the head public relations director of American Airlines there would be many steps taken to insure the public that there would be no way that this would happen again. I would have to do enough things to make the public feel as though American Airlines fixed everything about the problem and that it was ok to continue flying our aircraft's.
The first step that i would take is to write an apology letter to the families and friends of their loved ones lost. Next i would make a public statement saying that as of right now American Airlines is looking into everything and we will get to the bottom of the problem as soon as possible. After that was done i would then make sure that the top mechanics were at the site of the crash trying to figure out what went wrong with this plane so that it can be fixed on all the other planes. I would have to convince the public that everything was taken care of and that there would be know chance of this happening again before anyone would consider flying again. Lastly after all the dust settled i would find out what happened and ask that there be a few people fired that were responsible for the crash and then i would call a lawyer to start coming up with a settlement contract for the families of the loved ones to help compensate for their loss.
